HR Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Help onboard new employees, ensuring proper orientation and compliance with policies.
Maintain employee records and files.
Employee Relations & Well-being:
Support employee engagement initiatives like team-building and wellness activities.
Leverage psychology background to assist in conflict resolution and improving workplace morale.
Payroll & Benefits:
Assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Help manage employee benefits, including handling questions and coordinating with providers.
Track attendance, leaves, and overtime for payroll accuracy.
Training & Development:
Assist in organizing and tracking employee training and development programs.
Support leadership and skills enhancement initiatives.
Health & Safety:
Help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting safety briefings and meetings.
Performance Management:
Assist in performance review processes and tracking employee progress.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Customer Orders & Deliveries:
Process customer orders, ensuring accurate entry into the system and proper documentation.
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding their orders and delivery schedules.
Day-to-Day Transactions:
Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
Assist with invoicing, order tracking, and payment processing.
Ensure all documentation related to deliveries, orders, and payroll is up-to-date and organized.
Process Improvement:
Continuously look for ways to streamline administrative processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee satisfaction.
Suggest and implement improvements in areas like payroll management, customer transactions, and delivery coordination.
Office Management:
Assist in general office management tasks, such as inventory management and supplier coordination.
Ensure the smooth functioning of the office, including ordering supplies and managing equipment.
