**What You'll Do for Us**: Recruitment & Selection in general, job descriptions management, hiring process conduction, new hires registration, preparation of reports and presentations such as HR indicators, people tendencies and others.
Be responsible for receiving audits in HR, based on ISO 9000, 14000, 18000, 22000, TCCQS and similar.
Perform other related activities as requested by the immediate superior.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration and related areas - **Required**
Advanced proficiency in English Language - **Required**
Specialization in People Management - Desirable
Previous experience with Talent Attraction and Recruitment & Selection - **Required**
Knowledge of HR general processes or people management - Desirable
Knowledge of ISO 9000/14000/45000/22000 - Desirable
