**Position Title**: Human Resources Analyst
**Location**: Balneario Piçarras, SC - presencial
**Reports to**:HR Manager Brasil
This position is responsible for the execution of the principal HR Deliveries for all Newell Brands Business Units for home appliances, being an expert on our HR processes and acting as a business partner for our leaders and people, supporting our organizational development and growth as an HR matter expert and a focal point for employees, leaders, and our entire organization, including of course the close work and partnership with our HR COEs.
**Responsibilities**:
- People Processes Delivery Execution; People Decision Moves aligned with Business Strategy and Plans, Support company Transformation Changes, HR and Business Projects, End to End People Company Cycle process (Hiring, changes, moves, terminations and system management).
- Supporting management of employee relations, talent review and performance management cycle, Development & Performance actions Plans, guidance for people and leaders.
- Support People Initiatives in conjunction with Global Plans and teams, including the COEs plans and programs.
- Coordinate and generate, People Data for Decision Making; including our HR Dashboards for the region and Business Units, regarding: attraction, promotions, engagement index, exit interviews and 90 days on boarding interviews, head count numbers; at the same time, being the data validation Champion.
- Manage day to day activities to influence people decision making.

**Qualifications**:
- Education requirements: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in HR generalist, HR People Process Training & development.
- Intermediate English language required
- Excel, Word and Power point advanced skills, desirable SAP & Success Factors.
- Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, proactivity, Organized, Analytical skills, Conflict Solver.
