.Job description: Sets and follows a high-standard service culture for the HR Department; Carries out all procedures relative to the hiring and registration of employees, ensuring that the new employee's documentation is complete and that the contract corresponds to the agreed duration and conditions; Recruitment and Selection of Personnel (including Young Apprentices and interns) - Together with the Hotel Management; Applies Psychological Testing and Evaluations in the Organizational Context; Develops and monitors the Training Plan together with the Managers and General Manager; Coordinate occupational health programs; Participates in and monitors Social Projects and Environment program; Among other activities. What are we looking for? Previous experience at HR Department Passionate and people-centric individuals Completed higher education in Psychology Proficient in Computers. Knowledge of Microsoft programs to include but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel Proficient in English. Spanish will be an Advantage Work Ethics Friendliness .
