About the position:
We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst who is committed and passionate about people! This role will work with HR Operations (payroll, benefits, employee relations, HSE, among others) in the local BR office and be responsible to ensure that the needs of the organization and Garenians are met. If you are a driven person who wants to contribute to the gaming industry, we'd love to work with you! Responsibilities:
Ensure that HR Operations and HSE processes comply with the legislation currently in force, by monitoring CLT (Brazilian Labor Laws Act), Collective Labor Agreement, Provisional Presidential Decrees, etc. Manage HR operations, employee benefits (and vendors), travel requests, and HSE providers through contract revision, weekly contacts, and monthly meetings. Ensure compliance with the working hours of employees, through the control of the compensatory time off system, night-shift premium and overtime. Be able to review and manager local payroll for all BR employees. Update the HR database and collect information for new admissions, terminations, vacation, internal transfers, etc. Be the point of contact for employees, providing support and answering questions. Be available to work on other tasks to support the HR Team. Main job requirements:
Completed higher education (e.G bachelor degree, MBA);
Solid experience with HR Operations (e.G labor law knowledge, payroll management, benefits management, time control, etc);
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
Full professional competency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English;
Passionate about the gaming universe;
Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP. Desirable knowledges|experience:
Previous experience or knowledge with ADP System (payroll and time control system management);
Previous experience in games or entertainment.
