Working with Recruitment & Selection , this role will be responsible for finding top talents to join Garena and ensuring that candidates have the best interview experience throughout .
The role requires building relationships with our business leaders to support them in their recruitment needs.

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and all logistical coordination.
Partner with business leaders to understand their requirements and recruitment needs.
Manage all existing recruitment channels and job portals.
Manage the negotiation of service agreements and maintain good working relationships with recruitment agencies.
Maintain all recruitment-related metrics and provide insightful feedback on recruitment trends and profiles.
Build strong networks and create sustainable talent pipelines for key functions via active sourcing.
Conduct market research and collect industry insights to facilitate talent sourcing.
Support any other recruitment-related or HR initiatives.
Main job requirements: Completed higher education (e.g bachelor degree, MBA).
Strong experience with full recruitment cycle (e.g mapping, screening, interviews, offer management and onboarding).
Knowledge of MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Linkedlin Recruiter.
Full professional competency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
Passionate about the gaming universe.
Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.
Desirable knowledges|experience: Previous experience with tech recruitment.
Previous experience in games or entertainment.
