About the position: We are looking for an HR Generalist, focusing on HR Operations who is committed and passionate about people!
This role will be responsible for various HR functions in the local BR office, including HR Operations, Learning and Development, Global Mobility, and Travel, ensuring that the needs of the organization and Garenians are met.

Responsibilities: Ensure that HR Operations and HSE processes comply with the legislation currently in force, by monitoring CLT (Brazilian Labor Laws Act), Collective Labor Agreement, Provisional Presidential Decrees, etc.
Manage HR operations, employee benefits (and vendors), travel requests, and HSE providers through contract revision, weekly contacts, and monthly meetings.
Ensure compliance with the working hours of employees, through the control of the compensatory time off system, night-shift premium and overtime.
Update the HR database and collect information for new admissions, terminations, vacation, internal transfers, etc.
Coordinate Learning and Development initiatives, including conducting training sessions, developing the training program and calendar, adapting trainings to the local language and context, and serving as the point of contact for the learning budget program by reviewing requests and improving the process where possible.
Support Global Mobility processes, managing international transfers, visa applications, and relocation efforts to ensure a smooth transition and compliance with local and international regulations.
Provide support for local travel arrangements, ensuring that employees have the necessary resources and information for successful trips.
