Human Resource Analyst Position Overview: SmartEnergy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that our operations align with our financial goals and growth objectives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Gather, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources (e.G., payroll, benefits, recruitment).Identify and interpret trends and patterns to inform HR strategy and decision-making.Design detailed reports and visualizations on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance.Assist with implementing HR technology solutions and track their impact on process efficiency.Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.Review ongoing analysis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for human resource department.Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes to align with sustainability and growth objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.Strong proficiency with BI tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and advanced knowledge of Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of the renewable energy industry or sustainability initiatives is a plus.Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred.Advanced to Fluent English skills.Please send your CV in English.
