HR Business Partner - LatAm About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee our operations in Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regional labor laws and HR practices, with fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. This role requires strong cultural agility and experience in matrixed organizations. The HRBP will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from providing strategic local support to handling administrative duties. This role will report to the Head of People, Americas. Key Responsibilities: Localization & Compliance Expert: Guide and localize the global HR team & management on initiatives to ensure cultural and legal relevance, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. HR Strategy & Alignment: Partner with HR management to help develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals across Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions and terminations. Performance Management: Own the performance management processes for the region, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions, while coaching regional managers on performance evaluations and underperformance management. Talent Development: Collaborate with hr management to identify key talent and create development plans that support career growth and align with business objectives. Organizational Support: Support organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, by providing HR guidance, communication strategies, and change management plans. Operational Support: Support our local HR operations in LATAM. Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. HR Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics, preparing regular reports on HR activities, employee engagement, and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (both written and spoken) is required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP in Brazil and with other Spanish speaking countries.
