Human Resources Business Partner

What you'll do Collaborate with business leaders to gain insight into strategic direction and operational needs, ensuring alignment with HR strategies; You will support the development and execution of all HR initiatives and projects, including talent and compensation reviews, performance management, organization design, and workforce planning. Facilitate the identification and implementation of solutions to foster high-performing teams within the organization; Leverage leadership capabilities and influence leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, performance, retention, and employee experience; Partner with cross-functional teams such as People Operations, TA, Finance, Legal and Compliance to drive HR initiatives and programs. Provide coaching to employees and leaders on development and career planning, including the creation of individual development plans and SWOT analysis; Ensure data integrity and accuracy, producing and sharing reports with relevant internal stakeholders.
