Human Resources Business Partner

Conduct meetings with business leaders and provide HR guidance whenever necessary;Provide support on performance management for managers in different areas (for example, mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.);Be able to discuss the organizational structure to increase productivity and improve business performance;In accordance with the purpose of the employer brand, suggest initiatives related to culture;Implement HR interventions related to well-being, diversity and inclusion and talent management;Work together with management and employees to resolve conflicts and facilitate positive employee relationships, maintain a good work environment and manage turnover beyond the established target;Succession Planning: facilitate processes for developing key talents for the company's talent pipeline with the purpose of ensuring that there are enough talents to fill the most critical positions when the time for replacement arrives;Develop and facilitate team building programs strengthening the relationship between leadership and followers;Facilitate the feedback of bimonthly results from the Peakon internal engagement tool as well as help in the construction of action plans for improvement points;Contribute to the HR indicators report by providing information and sharing analysis;Language: English - advanced / Spanish - basic
