This position will provide lead Human Resources support for legal teams in Brazil and throughout the region, as needed.RESPONSIBILITIESManage all facets of day-to-day Human Resources support in the Sao Paulo OfficeServe as a knowledgeable HR advisor to local partners and managers in addressing employee relations mattersSupport the development and implementation of the Firms' HR initiatives, tools, and systemsProvide counseling on policies and proceduresCollaborate with HR functional areas to ensure delivery of Talent Acquisition support, Talent Management program delivery and Total Rewards initiatives.Manage performance review and the annual merit increase processes for employees in the areas of responsibility.Be actively involved in recruitment by managing the hiring processCreate and implement effective onboarding plansDevelop training and development programsSupport the management of disciplinary and grievance issuesMaintain employee records according to policy and legal requirementsReview employment and working conditions to ensure we are competitive and per marketFacilitate the identification of training needs as well as the delivery and tracking of job-specific and supervisory training leveraging the Talent Management team as appropriate.Assess morale level, collect feedback, and assist in maintaining a positive working environmentQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEProven experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR positionKnowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development etc.
