Job Summary: Curv Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining HR processes, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment, and enhancing employee relations. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding processes.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processes and assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate employee events and initiatives to promote engagement and a positive work environment.
Policy Development: Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Attendance and Leave Management: Administer and track employee time-off requests and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Documentation Management: Oversee HR documentation, including employment contracts, policy manuals, and other related documents.
HR Systems Management: Manage HR-related software systems, ensuring data accuracy and resolving system-related issues.
Expense and Budget Tracking: Monitor HR-related expenses and assist in managing departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR support role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant.
Familiarity with HR software and databases (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
