Role Mandate Establish HR as a visible and high value business partner with the Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrances & Beauty business units, Shared service and all other key stakeholders.
HR deliverables in areas such as Work Force Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organisational Design & Development and Change Management.
As an HR site Director, ensure all critical HR processes, employee communication and policy requirements are implemented in Brazil sites and that each site is fully compliant with the relevant country labour legislation Provide HR leadership to the Brazil HR team and build a sustainable and high performing HR organisations in the region Act as a key member of the Brazil HR team (F&F Regional HR head, HR Directors, COE L&D, COE TA) supporting the development of/and execution of Givaudan's Global HR priorities and the annual Engage processes in the region
Major Responsibilities
Balance short term operational activities with longer term strategic focus to:
HR Business Partnering Use your business knowledge to advice, coach and provide sustainable solutions to the sub region leaders on workforce planning, engagement strategies and succession management Pro-actively act on business talent needs, issues and work as part of the wider HR organization to drive talent outcomes and develop the next generation of leaders Develop a strong trust and coaching / confident relationship with the leadership Drive employee engagement agenda with the business Partner business and play an integral role in transitions for acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield projects, as applicable
HR Site Management Ensure the Local Management Committee & Brazil HR agenda is fully embedded in; Engage, our people management platform, our Talent Acquisition delivery model, our Learning & Development platform and our Rewards and International Assignments strategy Ensure our key annual people processes are well executed in Brazil Performance Management and goal setting Mid -Year performance reviews Individual Development Planning Talent Management Compensation & Benefits processes Ensure an efficient and effective site management of all local HR practices such as recruitment, employee data management, payroll, benefits admin etc.
Build a strong partnership with HR colleagues in other countries and with the COEs to ensure effective change management/stakeholder management is carried out in all activities Be an active member of the Argentina Management Committee
HR Leader Provide your team with clear goals, direction and support to ensure excellent HR field deliverables to the business Lead the HR Team development by providing stretch assignments, support and coaching Develop your team and address under performance
Brazil HR Team Member Build a 'one HR' collaborative relationship with the other South Cone and GBS HR team members Ensure HR deliverables are effectively coordinated and aligned between field HR and COE HR team members Provide support in global HR projects as required

Required Attributes University degree At least 12-15 years of HR experience, ideally in a mixture if field, specialist, generalist and HR team leadership roles Experience in HR business partnering in an international and matrix environment Experience developing and implementing Talent Management, Staffing, Leadership development, Change Management, Organisational Effectiveness Strong consultancy, enquiry skills and change management skills Good appreciation of Compensation and Labour Relation challenges in South Cone Excellent communication, influence and relationship building skills, inspiring trust and confidence from their business partners Strong project management and implementation skills
