The HR Manager is responsible for the deployment of key HR policies and processes within the markets, thereby executing the People and Organization Strategy in Businesses in their Market.
You'll proactively guide the delivery of HR services, and based on a solid understanding of both HR processes and organization's needs offer operational support in implementing the people strategy set by the HRBP.
You will shape how we drive the people agenda, how we retain and develop talent and how we are a trusted partner to the business informatics community.
You will be supporting and leading HR delivery, local industrial relations aspects, organizational capability development and/or organizational alignment, responsible for deployment of key HR policies and processes and implementation of the People and Organization Strategy in Businesses and Markets.
You will be a trusted advisor and HR leader that contributes to the execution and development of the business strategy and people agenda.

**You are responsible for (but not limited to)**
- Implementing and executing our people strategy with HR Business Partner, management and other stakeholders.
- Acting as a sparring partner for HR Business Partners and managers on local implications and solutions for all employee relations procedures.
- Working closely with the business to understand and address business issues and support cluster organizational capabilities development with HR interventions.
- Managing local labor relations activities.
- Driving simplification, digitalization.
standardization and execution of HR policies and processes.
- Supporting and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager self-service.
- Participating in HR-projects on a business cluster/Regional level, collaborating with HR community in the US, Netherlands, India, etc.
**You are part of**
The Brazil HR team, reporting into Brazil's head of HR, where you will lead and inspire a team that will support the business into a digital transformation, placing people and talent as a priority for this to happen.
You will work closely with the Informatics Business HR Business Partner and his network of HR Managers across the world.
**To succeed in this role, **you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Informatics Software Business background is required.
Healthcare industry background is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Master degree is a plus.
- Meaningful experience leading small to medium virtual and local teams.
- Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy (Workforce Planning) and change management
- Relevant experience leading a HR digital transformation in an organization
- Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework
- Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects
- The ability to manage different stakeholders at the same time
- Experience in a large, matrixed multinational company and environment
- The ability to be hands-on but at the same time think strategically
- Excellent skills in working under pressure
- Fluency in English is a must.
Spanish is desired.
- Be based / willing to relocate to Blumenau, Santa Catarina.
**Your team**
You will report to the HR Team and work out of the Blumenau site.
The site develops & delivers Software solutions to manage clinical and operational workflows for Healthcare customers across Brazil and several countries globally.
These solutions include Electronic Medical Records (Primary & tertiary care), Hospital Information Systems, Hospital ERP, Command Center & analytics for Hospitals, Intensive Care Unit systems, Telehealth, interoperability systems & services.
With our software solutions, we target diversified segments within Healthcare industry, like Hospitals, Primary Care facilities, Specialized Clinics, Radiology Centers, Health Insurance companies, etc.
