The role reports to the Vice President, HR Global Business Partner. Knowledge and Experience:
· The HR Manager must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience as an HR Manager with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is required.;
or 3 years of experience as an HR Manager with a master's degree in Human Resources, business or a related field. · The ideal candidate for this position will be, first and foremost, focused on supporting business goals. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, pragmatic, and willing to be very hands-on in operations. They will have the credibility to contribute to the operational plans for the local business from the perspective of driving business performance. · Must have a strong human resources generalist background over several years with the ability to provide expertise in a wide range of HR support. In addition, the candidate should be capable of personally providing change management expertise and solutions. · Experience working in a matrixed environment is preferred. Skills/Abilities:
· The ideal candidate must be able to lead as the HR Manager within the countries supported. · The ideal candidate will also have the personal qualities and professional experience necessary to quickly gain credibility with all levels of the organization. · The ideal candidate must be able to operate effectively in our environment, which is characterized by the dramatic change and disruption in the payments ecosystem globally, creating an exciting and challenging business environment. The ideal candidate must be able to navigate through a matrix environment of rapid change in our competitive ecosystem and our business strategy. · Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time with flexibility throughout the region supported, and occasional travel to regional or global meetings where appropriate, including international travel.
