Job Title:HR Manager for Brazil Location:Sao Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote) Duration:03 -06 months contract to hire Reporting Relationships:The role reports to the Vice President, HR Global Business Partner.
Knowledge and Experience:· The HR Manager must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience as an HR Manager with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is required.
;or 3 years of experience as an HR Manager with a master's degree in Human Resources, business or a related field.
· The ideal candidate for this position will be, first and foremost, focused on supporting business goals.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, pragmatic, and willing to be very hands-on in operations.
They will have the credibility to contribute to the operational plans for the local business from the perspective of driving business performance.
· Must have a strong human resources generalist background over several years with the ability to provide expertise in a wide range of HR support.
In addition, the candidate should be capable of personally providing change management expertise and solutions.
· Experience working in a matrixed environment is preferred.
Skills/Abilities:· The ideal candidate must be able to lead as the HR Manager within the countries supported.
· The ideal candidate will also have the personal qualities and professional experience necessary to quickly gain credibility with all levels of the organization.
