Mission of the Position: The HR Manager is responsible for managing people, planning strategies, and executing all activities within the Human Resources domain.
Main Responsibilities: Management of Human Resources and HR Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department and HR functions.
HR Subsystem Management: Responsible for the HR subsystem, including Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Training & Development (T&D), Rewards & Benefits (R&B), Loads and Salaries.
Talent Identification and Development: Identify and develop talent within the organization, create succession plans, and ensure a strong and diverse leadership pipeline.
Climate and Culture Management: Plan and implement projects related to organizational climate, culture, leadership development, and improvement.
Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives, such as talent retention, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
Union Relations and Labor Disputes: Manage relations with unions and represent the company in labor disputes.
Payroll and Compliance: Manage all aspects related to Payroll, Benefits, Leave, Vacation, Labor Regulations, and ensure compliance with local and international laws.
Professional Experience: 06 (six) months in the role or similar as per Law 11 644 Art.
442 – CLT – BRAZILIAN LEGISLATION Educational Training: Required: Complete training in psychology, administration, law, or related areas.
Desirable: Postgraduate degree in the field.
Masters level in related areas.
Knowledge and Skills Required: Advanced English proficiency.
Solid knowledge in payroll management.
Experience in people cost management.
Experience in multinational corporations.
Desirable: Advanced Spanish proficiency.
Experience in Latin American (Latam) markets.
Experience in Asian culture.
