A vacancy exists at ZZ2 Loch LynnePosition: Human Resources PractitionerLocation: Koue Bokkeveld areaThe primary focus of this role is to support the organisation with all relevant HR matters inclusive of salary and wage administration, within the framework of ZZ2's value system and ethical codes.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport and strengthen the ZZ2 value system by creating a positive climate during task execution.Provide professional support to Functional Management with human resource and administrative matters.Ensure the consistent application of personnel policies and conditions of employment.Check, follow-up, and process wages, personnel records, and statistics.Focus on dealing with employment, disciplinary processes, and personnel administration.Plan, prepare, and execute accreditations such as SIZA, BRC, GLOBAL GAP, and other systems.Handle Department of Labor inspections and liaise with relevant Government entities.Desired Experience & QualificationA degree or post-school qualification with 5 - 8 years relevant experience in the Human Resources function.Knowledge of Human Resource systems as well as accreditation requirements (SIZA, Global Gap).Involvement with general administration and payroll functions at an operational level.Experience with VIP Sage or any other payroll system is recommended.Knowledge of applicable personnel policies, procedures, and labor legislation.Strong accounting ability and numerical skills preferred.Essential computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Google G-Suite.The position will report to the Executive Manager of Loch Lynne.
