**Experience required**:
- Demonstrated experience in In-house or Agency Recruitment
- Direct sourcing skills (including aptitude with on-line sourcing tools)
- Knowledge of the technology talent market and the software/tech industry in Brazil.
- Client-facing experience, working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
**Responsibilities**:
- Meeting with hiring managers upfront to understand position requirements, determine how to partner together to fill open positions.
- Sourcing technology talent through a variety of methods including advertising, direct sourcing, networking, Internet searches, database searches and talent mapping.
- Initiating interview scheduling using the applicant tracking system which engages our Recruiting Operations team to schedule the interview
- Posting open positions on external internet sites and our internal website.
- Communicating recruiting status to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Talent Attraction Leaders
- Engaging other specialist HR teams engaged in position creation, interview scheduling, offer generation and onboarding in a timely manner
- Partnering with internal cross-matrix stakeholders to:
- Create recruiting strategies to fill positions
- Educate on market conditions
- Measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
