Experience:2 - 4 yearsResponsibilities:Source potential candidates from various channels, screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
Provides oversight and support for local site / business unit needs in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, change management, local training delivery, data gathering and documentation and community relations.
Supports the planning, sequencing and execution of any kind of initiatives.
Other miscellaneous duties assigned.Qualifications:Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, presentation skills.
English language proficiency is mandatory.
Minimum 2+ years of HR generalist experience with specific competence in effectively managing complex labour or employee relations environments and demonstrated experience effectively leading teams and/or successfully implementing change management.
Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures and effective daily application.
Must possess sound judgement and ability to listen, assess problems and arrive at good logical conclusions that achieve an appropriate balance between sound HR practices and business needs.
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
