CLS provides HR services, such as consulting, executive search/recruitment, and employee complaint investigations, to other organizations throughout California.
We help organizations become more successful by strategically supporting them to manage their workforce and the relevant employment regulations.
Amazing Compensation, Benefits, and Bonuses: Compensation: HUMAN RESOURCES & INVESTIGATION SPECIALIST (Position Open Now): The total monthly compensation range is R$6,600 to R$13,200 (Brazilian Real).
The total compensation amount already includes benefits which are valued as follows: · Gym membership support: R$105 · Private health insurance support: R$265 · Home office and phone/high-speed internet service support: R$160 Starting monthly base compensation is R$6,600 to R$9,200 , depending on the level and quality of your work experience relevant to the work CLS performs AND possession of both required and preferred qualifications.
Every six months, you will receive a performance review and compensation increase of up to R$660, depending on your performance, until it reaches the maximum compensation range for the position.
Additional Compensation & High-Performance Bonus Opportunities: · High-performance bonus: When you perform investigations work, every investigation that you complete from start to finish according to CLS protocols and without major errors, you will receive a bonus of R$660.
That is R$660 for the person assisting the investigator AND another R$660 for the senior writer (person co-leading the project and performing the final review.)
When you become a "CLS Certified Investigator's Assistant" (which is usually within the first 3 to 6 months of joining CLS), the bonus increases to R$1,300 per investigation.
CLS team members receive their full compensation every month without any payroll/tax deductions.
Your compensation will not be reduced by any taxes or deductions, and it is your responsibility to comply with any local and federal income/tax requirements.
Minimum/Required and Preferred Qualifications Human Resources & Investigation SPECIALIST: · Advanced professional English speaking and writing skills are required.
· A minimum of 5 years of full-time professional work experience in English (in any field) is required.
(Work experience in an internship does not count towards the 5-year requirement).
· A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a full-time job remotely with a defined schedule from a home office is required.
· A Professional Bachelor's Degree in any field is required.
· 3 or more years of experience working in a full-time professional HR-related job in English, which included significant writing communication using advanced professional English skills, is preferred.
Duties & Primary Service Objectives for CLS HR & Investigation SPECIALIST 1.
Proactive problem solver – take initiative and apply an ownership mindset to the work.
2.
Use advanced English written/verbal communication – especially professional writing in English.
3.
Assist the investigator in performing professional employee complaint investigations, including coordinating witness interview meetings, correspondence with the client and witnesses, taking accurate witness interview notes, gathering evidence, and analyzing the facts in the investigation report.
4.
Supervise and assist HR and Investigation Assistants with workplace investigations.
5.
Perform a variety of HR-related projects, such as executive search/recruitment.
6.
Propose and implement innovations that improve CLS as a company and our work product, such as enhancing client relations, measures that make CLS more profitable, measures that save money/resources, and measures that help make operations more efficient.
7.
Learn and support CLS's marketing efforts, which may include establishing an effective presence on social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and engaging with potential clients.
8.
Perform business development and marketing activities, including lead generation and strategy development, outreach to potential clients and partners by phone, email, and messaging on social media platforms.
9.
Identify risks and opportunities and have high critical thinking skills to effectively find solutions related to the business as a whole – and promptly recommend and implement solutions to operational issues and needs.
10.
Advanced utilization of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other technologies/software used at CLS.
11.
Project management skills with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency – with continuous follow-up on any task or assignment until completion.
12.
Provide the CEO with reliable and confidential support for personal and executive-level tasks.
13.
Communication with team members daily via email, phone, video calls, and WhatsApp (blue checkmarks must be activated).
Available to work and respond to business needs outside core business hours and on weekends.
14.
May be assigned to serve in the capacity of an Assistant CLS Supervisor – as they develop the necessary knowledge/skills to serve as a CLS Supervisor.
15.
Performs and provides leadership for complex HR and marketing-related projects – motivate and monitor team members to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the work.
16.
Continuously create and actively implement innovations that improve CLS as a company and our work product, such as enhancing client relations, measures that make CLS more profitable, measures that save money/resources, and measures that help make operations more efficient.
17.
Efficiently and effectively oversee components of operational activity.
18.
Track, analyze, and forecast business activity and staffing needs to drive more sales and improve operational efficiency, quality of service, and work product.

You will receive a performance evaluation and compensation increase of up to $500,000 every 6 months.
The amount of your compensation increase depends on your performance and will continue to increase every 6-months until it reaches the maximum compensation range for the position.
HUMAN RESOURCES & INVESTIGATION MANAGER: The total monthly compensation range is $12.0 to $20.0 million COP (this includes benefits).
You will receive a performance evaluation and compensation increase of up to $500,000 every 6 months.
The amount of your compensation increase depends on your performance and will continue to increase every 6 months until it reaches the maximum compensation range for the position.
