Human Resources Specialist

Job Responsibilities:1?Coordinate human resources work in our Brazil company (mainly human relationship,payroll,recruitment), and assist in the implementation of project-based work from the headquarters, such as campus recruitment; 2?Be responsible for daily administrative affairs of the company, such as the purchase of fixed assets, application for company-related business qualifications, annual inspection approval, etc.; 3?Organize various meetings and union activities of the local company; 4?Handle other tasks assigned by the leadership.Job Requirements:1?Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in Human Resources or Administrative Management or related fields; 2?Have 2-3 years of relevant experience; 3?Familiar with national labor and personnel regulations and policies, and have received training in human resource management, labor laws, business management, etc.; 3?Have strong interpersonal skills, be upright and have a strong affinity; 4?Be proactive, responsible, have a good sense of service, strong goal orientation, and good stress resistance; 5?Portuguese is amust,proficient in Chinese or English is preferred.
