We have an amazing opportunity for an IBranch Operations Administrator to be based in Umhlanga.

The purpose of this role is to support the IBranch team with administration functions across all departments being Operations and Business partners.

You Bring:
Valid South African driver's License – Code B
Planning and organizational skills
Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
Communication Skills
More than 2 years administration skills

Relevant Degree/Diploma
What You'll Do For The Brand:
Consolidation and submission of subsistence and travel claims.
Liaise with Business Partners and Operations for order numbers and approvals.
Facilitate domestic flights and accommodation bookings.
Maintain a database of frequently used accommodation (i.e.
: B&B's) and negotiate better pricing.
Ordering of stationery and other necessary work equipment required by the IBranch Team Support.
Consolidation and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports after they have been reviewed by Ops Support.
Follow up and submission of Tax Invoices to finance.
Follow up with Payroll for terminated team members and update records.
Planning of IBranch Team Support hours monthly for submission to payroll.
Alerting Managers within IBranch of large leave balances.
Keeping track of broken equipment across IBranch Team Support.
Working with CSI team with planning and roll out of future CSI campaigns.
Sign off and filing of CSI letters.
Compile information for soccer and sport proposals.
Liaising with department heads to gather pictures for CSI book for IBranch nationally.
Planning of special events such as the Annual Strategy Session.
Compiling of Asset Register to submit to finance at year-end for entire iBranch Team.
Adhoc tasks allocated by Management.
