Coordinate immigration processes and draft documents to render immigration services (Inbound and Outbound) working on all phases of clients' allocation cycle. The Specialist must not only offer better alternatives during the pre-allocation stage, but also closely monitor the clients' transfer and repatriation phases according to the policy and global customer allocation programs, always maintaining high levels of customer service and also must to be a reference in a specific subject related to the Immigration area.
Functions and Responsibilities Act as a mentor and as a reference about the specific subject related to the Immigration areaProvide ideas for improvements on the processesGuide the other employees and support the leaders when neededGive solid advice regarding immigration questions, analyzing clients' situations and providing a fresh perspective with the most suitable solutions for each case, also interacting with local authorities, consulates and vendors when needed.Coordinate processes and draft documents to render immigration services (Inbound and Outbound) working on all phases of clients' allocation cycle (from planning to local registration in the destination country), including new requests, extensions, cancellations and tracking of documents expiration.Work with financial department to complete billing procedures and transfer of customer expenses.Be a team player to share expertise and work on peers' training.Work on daily update of company's internal system and files.Carry out qualified customer service by offering the services provided by the company in order to increase the customer portfolio and maximize profits for the organization.
