Key Responsibilities include:
Gather business requirements and configure our software to meet business needs.
Deliver online user training in English on the OrangeHRM software.
Engage with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
Contribute to user guides and software documentation.
Become a trusted advisor for our clients and advocate for their needs within OrangeHRM.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, and status updates in order to effectively deliver projects.
Aid the sales organization in pre-sales activities to win new business.
What we are looking for:
Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and an outgoing personality.
Fluent oral and written communication in English.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite.
A Diploma or a Degree in Information Technology.
A passion for helping people understand.
Domain knowledge in Human Resources Management would be an added advantage.
