Implementation Engineer

We are seeking an Implementation Engineer with strong software development skills to join our dynamic team.
This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing customer support automation flows for our clients, who are primarily B2C/D2C companies based in the US.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement end-user and agent flows for our dashboard-based client data.
Routinely test and debug flows to ensure usability, speed, and quality.
Design, build, and maintain web user interfaces.
Collaborate with product teams to implement product features.
Experiment with and evaluate different ML models to ensure optimal performance.
Engage with customers to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
Participate in evening calls as needed to coordinate with team members based in the US.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
3+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on backend technologies.
Proficiency in at least one OOP Language: Python, Java.
Proficiency in frontend technologies including JavaScript and React.
Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
Expertise in database management using Postgres and Redis.
Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, jQuery, and CSS.
Understanding of ML models and AI technologies, including writing AI prompts.
Experience with RESTful API integrations.
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
Ability to create functional, creative, and user-friendly webpages based on client input.
Strong testing and debugging skills.
Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management and ownership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level.
