You are responsible for
- Ensures successful implementation and adoption of Philips Health Informatics solutions
- Helps optimize, define, configure & manage Philips' solutions to accommodate Implementation and/or operational workflow in the customer's environment
- Channelizes, where applicable, field inputs, knowledge, and experience in the development of new solutions (services and/or product functionality)
- Conducts workflow analysis/consults on changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality/ solutions
- Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, Implementation integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions
- Provides training for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Experience in healthcare informatics care solutions
- Experience in healthcare process consulting experience with demonstrated experience in leading Implementation teams or projects
- Experience in developing and conducting formal presentations and/or Implementation training
- Understanding of workflow processes and development, and change management processes
Implementation consultant background with a focus on system/organizational initiatives
- Advanced Spanish required;
- Advanced SQL Oracle required;
- Advanced knowledge in modules of Tasy ( accounting, cost, billing, financial) required;
- Advanced BPM process required;
- Available travel 3 weeks in the customer.
