Import & Export Analyst

Interfaces with applicable internal (company) and external (client) departments to gather information and provide input on all matters affecting the measurement of operations performance.Follow up on own monthly performance reports to accomplish the proposed goals.Analyzes client RFQ or ad hoc details information and constructs a response/proposal document.Evaluates and identifies potential opportunities for improvements, including analyzing carrier client satisfaction, and ensures excellent service execution.Provides internal quotes/costs regarding internal/current customers considering market scenario/availability analysis.Analysis, review, and control of Import processes from the invoice issued to the arrival of the cargo at the BR terminal.Monitors with agents and dispatchers the release of cargo with the IRS.Maintains frequent communication with the PSL and involved departments for good order and control of the process.Updates processes and reports in SAP, Databras, and Excel spreadsheets daily.Completes process checklist.Other Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
We are looking for a person studying or with a higher education degree in International Business or Administration.
