Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. The idle candidate will have experience selling at a Digital Marketing agency to e-commerce and small businesses generating $500K-$5M in annual sales.Responsibilities:Answer inbound inquiries via email, FB/IG messages, and web forms with prompt repliesQualify inbound leads for our Account Executive team who will help facilitate client closesRuthlessly stay on top of all inbound clients interested in our servicesOrganize inbound leads and ensure all sales team and onboarding team members have everything they need seamlesslyCreatively test replies to get the best outcome to book a sales callSell DOE Media Services such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, and TikTok advertising along with SEO, Web development, Web design and Email marketing servicesProvide consistent product value to all of your clientsManage client relationships across their entire lifecycleIdentify client needs and position DOE Media in a way that sets the relationship and project up for successInvestigate the customer's long-term business objectives and anticipate future needsIdentify opportunities to expand into additional functional orgs or business unitsRequirements:Must-haves:2+ years experience in digital media sales.1-2 years of Hubspot experienceKnowledgeable with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. (Please note, we want to know if you can actually explain them, not have you used them.)Has worked with cold email tech - such as Instantly, Outreach, or similarComfort with G-suite - specifically Gmail, calendar, slides, and sheetsAbility to close accounts with values ranging from $24k - $100K ARRYou are competitive and have a track record of over-achieving quotaIntellectual curiosity - you love to ask questions and are genuinely interested in learning your client's needsExperience selling to Digital Marketing agency to e-commerce and small businesses generating $500K-$5M in annual sales.Worked for a US / UK / Au / CA / BRA / MEX agency.Adaptable - you can easily adapt to a fast-paced environmentArticulate - you have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectivelyPassionate - you are excited about technology, online commerce, advertising, marketing, software, and how it helps businesses succeedMust be able to communicate effectively in English, written and verbalAvailability and willingness to operate within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone.
