About the Role As an incubator , you need to lead the way so that new sellers and sellers already active on the platform become increasingly more qualified within the Shein platform. You will need to develop the sellers by creating intuitive materials and developing training to improve the experience of the seller's journey within our platform. Responsibilities Proactively suggest ideas and flow improvements in the seller's journey on the platform; Training sellers in relation to changes in the platform, ensuring that they understand Shein's policies; Always strive to improve our sellers experience; Prepare all the necessary technical materials and provide live training every week on the processes; Hold monthly sessions to resolve doubts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher, more than 1 year's work in similar experience; Good logical and systematic thinking skills, understanding of the complexity of things and ability to consider problems from a global perspective; English is mandatory; Experience in e-commerce is a plus; Office package; Canva and social networks will be a plus.
