Industrial Director _ Bakery sector We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Industrial Director, who directly reporting to the CEO will manage all processes and teams associated with manufacturing, engineering and production of all the company's factories/industrial facilities on a global scale. It's responsible for Leading, coaching and developing the Plants multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that will increase Reliability, Productivity, Efficiency and Effectiveness. He/She will be responsible for: Develops Annual Operating Plan for the plant while handling direct and indirect controllable costs to meet overall cost index target; Lead and manage the Manufacturing Process Development area, applying knowledge of processes, equipment and system capability to set the best individual and facility standards; Lead and manage the Manufacturing Production Operations area, providing leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facilities; Lead and manage the Manufacturing Production Planning and Control area, removing production constraints and allocating human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals; Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Operations area, applying TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts; Lead and manage the Quality area ensuring adherence to quality compliance mandates and to Food safety best practices; Responsible for Environmental and employee health and safety ensuring that all plant functions are working under best possible practices. The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experiences: · Master's Degree in Engineering; MBA or Post-Degree in manufacturing is a plus; · Previous experience as Manufacturing SR Manager or Director in Bakery company spent in Italian Cultural Environment; · Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment · Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving with a strong financial & business acumen and project management skills; · International Experience and Italian cultural sensitivity; · Leadership and management skills; · Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. · Fluency in Italian, English and Spanish is a plus.
