Coordinate Industrial EngineeringSummary of activities:Coordinating the activities of the team of engineers, technicians, designers, production specialists, and toolmakers in the development of projects to analyze production processes and the individual development of team members.Coordinating the operation's maintenance activities.Planning, directing, and controlling the activities of the projects and production processes area in order to achieve the company's goals and objectives, based on the SQCDPO indicators (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People, and OPEX) established by the company.Planning, controlling, and executing nationalization projects and new product development projects.Working on the development of assembly and machining device projects, meeting the needs of new product launches.Negotiating export projects with the Head Office (F-AG), coordinating all stages of project implementation.Coordinating studies to optimize machining and assembly processes with a view to continuous improvements, reducing costs, and guaranteeing excellence in productivity and service levels.Supervising the disposal of waste generated by its activities, preventing environmental pollution.Coordinating capacity studies, based on current and future demand.Developing and implementing process flows and layouts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.Required knowledge / experience:Degree in Production, Mechanical or Mechatronic EngineeringMinimum 5 years' practical experience in management and engineering projectsKnowledge of machining processesKnowledge of assembly processesKnowledge of Lean ManufacturingKnowledge of maintenance managementKnowledge of problem-solving methodologiesOffice packageAdvanced EnglishDesirable knowledge / experience:Project managementPostgraduate degree in an engineering fieldMBA in areas related to industrial managementKnowledge of industrial automation processesLeadership trainingKnowledge of Lean SixSigma / Green or Black Belt certificationBasic Spanish
