Industrial Sales Manager

ResponsabilidadesBe commercially responsible for Sulfuric acid, Gypsum, Molten Sulphur, Sludge Sulphur and Sulphur sales of Yara in Brazil via 2 main plants in Cubato and Paulnia; Selling of 1,2 million tons and 17,5 MUSD as CB1; Analyze market, detect opportunities, create business cases and execute established plans to develop new/existent customers; Manage and lead the commercial team to sales and profitability target; Implement commercial policy by defining the sales plan including budgeting, pricing, forecasting and sales; Provide market intelligence related to prices, programs, trends and competitive activities and maintain deep knowledge of designated products and markets, structure of customer and competitors organizations and processes; Responsible forgrowingthe business in Brazil; Build and maintain strong relationships with the supply chain team and other relevant internal contacts and stakeholders; Ensure strict compliance with Yara Code of Conduct and Safety policies; Perform all tasks and responsibilities in accordance with Yaras internal guidelines and procedures, including Sales Excellence tools and processes.
Perfil | Formao e conhecimentos Spirit of collaboration, protagonism, curiosity, sense of ownership and respect for differences; Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Chemical; Experience in industrial sales(B2B); Substantial Key AccountManagement experience; Fluency in English and Portuguese (verbal and written); Experience / contacts within the chemical industry would be an advantage.
