Industry Marketing Manager Material Science Latam

The Industry Marketing Manager, in coordination with the sales and application development team, defines the growth strategy for the Material Science business in Latin America.
Core responsabilities Define the composition of the basket of primary products.
Lead and manage the introduction of new products and promote compliance with agreements established with suppliers.
Pricing definition and sales price optimization Define the portfolio of products and services, including price ranges.
Effective leadership in execution through third parties.
The commercial team executes the business's commercial objectives with the support of the technical and marketing teams.
Management of industry dynamics and trends at a regional and local level in Latin American countries for Material Science Market segments Alignment of Marketing activities and Integration of supplier management with other regions (North America, Europe, Asia).
Manage Marketing, Fairs, and Events activities.
Qualifications Desirable Professional Training:Engineering, Chemistry, Administration, or related field Experience:5 to 10 years of proven professional experience in Sales and Management of Specialty Markets/Distribution of Chemicals Advance level of Portuguese, Spanish, and English Technical knowledge:Application of portfolio products in the specialty chemical industry, such as Paints, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers, Polymers, and Rubber markets
