We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Relations Specialist to join our team. As an Influencer Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving brand growth through influencer partnerships. About DIKIDI Business DIKIDI is a global online platform for appointment scheduling and business management, designed specifically for beauty professionals. Operating in 95 countries worldwide Serving over 90,000 active business users Processing more than 10 million records each month Key Responsibilities: Influencer Identification & Outreach: Research and identify influencers that align with our brand's values, target audience, and campaign goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers. Negotiation & Contract Management: Manage contracts and negotiate influencer fees, deliverables, and timelines. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns. Regularly report results to management and suggest improvements for future campaigns. Content Collaboration & Approval: Work with influencers to ensure content is on-brand and aligns with our guidelines. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and influencer market shifts to ensure DIKIDI Business remains competitive and innovative. Key Qualifications: We are open to candidates both with and without experience in Influencer Relations, provided the latter have experience in sales roles . Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), trends, and best practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate on behalf of the company you represent. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Language skills: Brazilian Portuguese fluent English What We Offer : The basic salary is R$2500 per month KPI R$2000 (KPI to be applied after a 3-month trial period)
