**Information Management Business Analyst**
**What's the role?
**
This role will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responsible for capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, including health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability considerations.
- Translates business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options.
- Undertakes assessment and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Creates clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information; keeps updated to align with the solution over the project lifecycle.
- Works as a Business Analyst on smaller /fewer complex projects.
- Influential at team level through presentations, business cases and investment proposals.
- Works under broad guidance and supervision.
Typically reports to Project Manager.
**Requirements**:
**_ What we need from you - _**
- Must have legal authorization to work in the Brazil on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field is required
- Competent knowledge of IM tools and technologies including SharePoint, cloud-based IM technology, O365, e-discovery, open text, Documentum, unstructured data analytics and implementing metadata frameworks
- Is familiar with Robotics Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Machine Learning and the benefits these technologies can bring to Information Management processes
- Understanding of how to use analytics, forecasting, trends analysis and proactive monitoring to improve Information Management processes
- Ability to develop or create new ideas/ different view about the
- Understand the different risks, format, controls & processes management of Physical & Electronic records
- Skills on IM tools (e.g., Assai, CEP, Power Automation, Power apps)
- Excellent analytical reasoning, ability to analyze issues and develop solutions,
- Leadership Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be fluent in Portuguese and English
