Who are you?This is us, your new colleagues Group Trucks Purchasing (GTP) is the global group function covering the purchase of automotive products and parts including aftermarket, for Volvo Group Truck brands. We are looking for an Information Security Analyst & Incident Responder.
What You Will Be DoingThe Information Security Analyst & Incident Responder will be responsible for assessing information security maturity of supply network partners and investigating cybersecurity incidents that affect the company's supply chain or internal systems. This role will require a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, knowledge of industry best practices, and an ability to learn quickly. The Information Security Analyst & Incident Responder works in close liaison with Volvo Group's Security Incident Response (SOC) team. This position will be based in Curitiba, Brazil, will report to the Head of the North America/South America Collaboration Purchasing, and will have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Volvo Group Trucks Purchasing Business Information Security Officer (BISO).
Responsibilities will include:Evaluate and administrate supplier assessments in information securitySupport the Volvo Group Trucks Purchasing (GTP) organization as well as the suppliers in understanding and implementing Volvo Group security requirementsSupport the GTP organization in their interaction with external suppliersStay up to date on security threats and trends to continuously improve Volvo GTP organization's security postureThis position's responsibility is more focused on day-to-day tasks aiming to execute the security program developed by the BISO (Business Information Security Officer)Receive notifications of cybersecurity incidents from external sources, such as suppliers or the Volvo Group's SOC teamInvestigate the impact of cybersecurity incidents on the company's operations, data privacy, IP (Intellectual Property), and other areas as neededFollow established incident response procedures of Volvo Group Trucks PurchasingCollaborate with other teams in the case of internal cybersecurity incidents, to identify and remediate security vulnerabilitiesDocument incident response activities and produce incident reportsWho We Are Looking ForFluent in English, both written and spokenAcademic degree within IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Computer Science, or equivalentPrevious experience in information security risk assessment is requiredProfessional experience in the field of Cybersecurity, IT Security, or Information SecurityKnowledge of information security frameworks/standards such as NIST and ISO27001Certification in CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or similar is preferableProblem solving and analytical skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsThe ticket to ride At Volvo Group, we have a culture of high performance created through employee engagement and we value Customer success, Trust, Passion, Change and Performance.
