We are looking for an IT Support Coordinator who wants to learn and transform their career.
In this role you will: Coordinate the Helpdesk team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer services, aligned with all SLAs and KPIs; Maintain an effective and efficient help desk, closely linked to the client's business objectives; Ensure continuous improvement of services provided to customers; Provide support activities for the problem management system; Ensure operational excellence of the Helpdesk; Implement and maintain staffing and scheduling for Helpdesk; Systems engineer or technologist, in the area of ?IT or similar, with experience in managing service desk work teams, which meets the levels of satisfaction of the support service and the deliveries necessary for the measurement, maintenance, provisioning and optimization of the service; W hat can you expect from us?
