Technical Architect - Infrastructure Location: 100% Remote, Brazil Duration: Full Time Annual salary Position Overview We are seeking a Technical Architect - Infrastructure with proven expertise in Azure technologies and bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English .
The role involves architecting, managing, and migrating complex infrastructure solutions while working closely with global teams and stakeholders.
This is a remote position based in Brazil .
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Assessment & Migration: Conduct on-premises and public cloud infrastructure assessments using Azure Migrate .
Drive Azure solutioning activities for large and complex migrations.
Design and implement Azure Landing Zones and target architectures.
Migrate on-premise workloads to Azure with expertise in Azure SQL , IaaS , PaaS , Storage , and Networking .
Architecture & Solution Design: Develop high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) solution architecture diagrams.
Design infrastructure solutions, data storage solutions, and business continuity/disaster recovery (DR) plans.
Provide insights on Azure target architecture, bill of materials (BoM), pricing, and licensing details.
Team Leadership: Manage and technically guide teams of 5+ members.
Govern and oversee technical deliverables in line with project timelines.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide 24x7 support for Azure and Windows environments.
Troubleshoot processor, networking, clustering, I/O, memory, and related issues.
Primary Skills Expertise in Azure Migrate and Azure infrastructure components.
Strong knowledge of Azure Networking , Key Vault , IAM , and Azure Storage .
Proven ability to ensure value-driven Azure strategy and stakeholder management.
Experience with industries such as banking , healthcare , and insurance .
Secondary Skills Design solutions for infrastructure, data storage, and business continuity.
Implement identity governance and monitoring frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to align solutions with requirements.
Certifications (Preferred) AZ-305 : Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions AZ-104 : Microsoft Azure Administrator Soft Skills Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management.

Ability to prepare solution presentations and articulate technical concepts effectively.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English .
