RINA is currently recruiting for a Infrastructure Intern to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the International Infrastructure & Mobility Division.
Job ResponsibilitiesProposal and Budget Preparation: Assist in commercial and technical proposals development related to the infrastructure area.Opportunity Tracking: Monitor and maintain control of commercial and service opportunities.Support to Operations and Sales Team: Provide support to the operations and sales teams regarding new business opportunities.Analysis of Technical References and Similar Services: Conduct research and analysis of technical references and similar services to support proposal preparation.Cost Composition: Assist in analyzing and composing costs for proposals and quotations.Participation in Alignment Meetings: Actively participate in meetings to align pricing strategies and adjustments to proposals.New Service Management: Support the introduction of new services by conducting activities such as feasibility analysis, business case preparation, and document creation.RequirementsMust be currently studying in a Civil Engineering, Production, or Electrical Engineering University;Advanced English is desirable;Availability to intern for 6 hours a day;Interest in the infrastructure sector and proposal preparation processes;Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package is desirable.With over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide, RINA is a multinational player which provides certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision and vendor inspection, training and engineering consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.
