Here we are home to professionals who carry this entrepreneurial spirit, who know how to transform ideas into real business opportunities, and who are engaged in the development and perpetuation of the Partnership.This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo (onsite working model)The ideal candidate has previous experience with Infrastructure projects investment analysis.Main Responsibilities:Lead the elaboration of evaluation models of investment theses with autonomy and support the senior team in guiding and defining assumptions.Have a deep knowledge of the thesis, the company and the industry they are analyzing.Process preliminary information, turning it into reliable statements, and build analyses based on the assumptions taken from the industry and the evaluated company, justifying them with a consistent rationale (acquisitions).Seek benchmarks and reference indicators of other companies and markets and build analyses based on the acquired assumptions, justifying them with a consistent rationale (greenfield).Act as a facilitator of due diligence, mediating third parties and the company to build the reports.Support the Associate in the analyses received from auditors and external partners during the due diligence, bringing a critical view of the results.Synthesize analyses and structure them in business presentations in a clear and concise manner.Facilitate the elaboration of reports, alongside auditors and external partners, during the due diligences.Keep the network complete and up-to-date: folders, information, and accesses.Keep meeting minutes organized and up-to-date, sharing information and "to dos" with the rest of the team.Evaluate legal documents (notices, concession contracts, resolutions) for preliminary risk analysis.Fully know all the investment stages and approval processes of the respective committees.Guide and review interns' work.RequirementsBuild solid models and analyses, adequate to the need of the thesis, considering its complexity and practicality, with low supervision of the Associate and the VP, within the agreed timeframe.Actively participate in discussions and present the parts of the analysis they are responsible for in a clear, concise, and confident manner.Ensure that all information and databases received are handled, organized, and have sufficient reliability and usability for analyses and models, without requiring rework.Strong communication capacity (oral and written) in EnglishWork Environment:It isn't just the performance that matters.
