You will lead an agile team through one-week sprints, oversee scrum meetings, and manage Kanban boards. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage infrastructure projects such as network segmentation, Active Directory reorganization, and Data Center relocations. Agile Leadership: Run and facilitate agile sprints on a weekly basis, including managing scrum meetings and overseeing Kanban boards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Communication: Provide clear and concise updates and reports on project progress. Build comprehensive materials for executive updates that require minimal to no edits. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and objectives. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, particularly in infrastructure projects. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network segmentation, Active Directory, and Data Center management. Agile Methodology: Experience in running agile teams, managing sprints, and using Kanban boards. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high-quality update materials for executive audiences. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project success. Preferred Skills: Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, CSM).
