What You Will Do The REGIONAL FRANCHISE FINANCE MANAGER will be responsible to lead the team in charge of managing financials of iconic brands in Latam such as Tylenol, Motrin, Listerine, Neutrogena, J's Baby, Sempre Livre, etc.
He or She will provide Financial Analytics and Insights to support the Regional Team for New Products Introduction, Portfolio Optimization and Long-Term Financial Planning activities.
The Manager will have significant exposure with Latam Leadership Team and great connection with Marketing, Mkt Intelligence and Regional Strategy team members.
Innovative thinking, fluid communication and agile mindset are necessary to handle daily activities.
Key Responsibilities • Finance Modeling of Innovation projects • Post launch tracking of Innovation projects • Overall Segment Latam business partner • Long Term Financial Plan Qualifications • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills is required.
• Fluent Skills in English is required (presentations, listening and written).
• SAP/Power BI/ Alteryx/Tableau Solutions Skills desirable.
• Availability to work in São Paulo.
• Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar Desired Qualifications: Previous experience as Business Partner of commercial/strategy stakeholders and Innovation mgmt.
