About the Role

InPlanet , we are dedicated to supporting our communities in Brazil and beyond.
That's why we are excited to launch the
InPlanet Foundation —a new initiative aimed at making a meaningful impact in the lives of those that most suffer from the adverse impacts of climate change.
We are looking for a
Foundation Manager
who will lead the charge in creating and shaping this vital effort from the ground up.

Initiatives can range from supporting those impacted by natural disaster, social impact by enabling women in sustainable agriculture, DEI or education and innovation around climate change.
The Impact You Can Make
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the lives of individuals and communities affected by climate change.
You'll take this initiative from concept to reality, identifying the most effective ways to respond to crises, support rebuilding efforts, and prepare communities for the future.
Your decisions will help us move closer to a more resilient world, as you develop strategic programs, oversee their implementation, and lead the Foundations fundraising efforts.
We are looking for a passionate leader with a strategic mindset, adaptability, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment where innovative solutions are being developed.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
You'll craft a flexible strategy that aligns with our evolving mission.
Program Management:
You have experience designing and implementing impactful, social, CSR programs from scratch, ensuring they stay aligned with overarching goals.
Fundraising & Development:
You know how to lead fundraising campaigns, write compelling grant proposals, and build strong donor relationships to secure the resources we need.
Partnership Building:
You can foster strong relationships with NGOs, governments, and community groups to ensure we're working collaboratively toward effective initiatives.
Financial Oversight:
You've managed budgets before and can ensure that every resource is used efficiently, transparently, and with maximum impact.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
You can set up systems to measure the success of our programs and use data to continually improve outcomes.
Incorporation and Administration:
You know how to incorporate and administer the Foundation, making sure that all organizational processes are set up and running smoothly.

At InPlanet, our philosophy revolves around ensuring fair and unbiased compensation and equitable equity pay, coupled with competitive benefits, across all regions where we operate.
The reason behind our salary range being wide or undefined at the first stages of the interview is because of our international presence and globally distributed workforce, we utilize geo ranges to account for varying pay differentials, forming a crucial part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive across diverse markets as we expand our reach.
These ranges are determined by role, level, and location, recognizing the nuanced demands of each market.
The actual base pay for the selected candidate is influenced by factors such as location, skills, experience, training, business requirements, and market dynamics, with the range subject to potential adjustments in alignment with our commitment to fairness and transparency.
