We are looking for a Foundation Manager who will lead the charge in creating and shaping this vital effort from the ground up. Initiatives can range from supporting those impacted by natural disasters to enabling women in sustainable agriculture, DEI, or education and innovation around climate change.The Impact You Can MakeIn this role, you will have a direct impact on the lives of individuals and communities affected by climate change. You will take this initiative from concept to reality, identifying effective ways to respond to crises, support rebuilding efforts, and prepare communities for the future. Your decisions will help us move closer to a more resilient world as you develop strategic programs, oversee their implementation, and lead the Foundation's fundraising efforts.We are looking for a passionate leader with a strategic mindset, adaptability, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment where innovative solutions are being developed.Core Working RelationshipsAs the Foundation Manager, you will collaborate closely with InPlanet's Founders and the wider leadership team to ensure that the foundation's mission aligns with our broader organizational goals. You will nurture relationships with local governments, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure our programs address the real needs of the affected communities. Additionally, you will partner with finance and operations teams to manage budgets responsibly and ensure transparency in resource allocation.
