In connection with the growth of our organization/department and the desire to achieve commercial objectives, for our office located in Americana we are looking for a:Inside Sales Representative (B2B) – BrazilWhat will you be doing? Develop initiatives/ideas with your colleagues to achieve the set commercial objectives. Proactively approach customers from a commercial perspective with natural conviction. Coordinate the entire customer journey; from intake to delivery. Maintain (commercial) contact with customers, account managers, and colleagues. Handle the administrative processing of phone calls and appointments made. Support account managers and schedule customer visits. Keep the customer database up-to-date. Follow up on various marketing activities. Participate in commercial activities, such as fairs and tours.What are we asking of you? You possess natural persuasive power, making achieving commercial objectives no problem for you. You are proactive in achieving results and thus come up with initiatives to improve the team result. You have an excellent command Portuguese and English language, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Having an affinity with the technical industry and/or electronic components is a plus.Who are we?UNIS Group is an international service partner in the field of industrial electronics.
