Overview: This role is key in the retention and growth of our service business to all Support Sales Representatives and Sales Client Executives to manage existing Customer and Partner accounts in their designated region. The Inside Service Sales Representative is responsible for proactively working with their assigned accounts to retain revenue and identify opportunities to expand relationships. Throughout the customer cycle, the Inside Service Sales Representative will utilize tools, data, and additional resources to maintain customer retention and secure annual revenue growth. This position requires you to work on shift: 11 am - 8 pm or 12 pm - 9 pm Responsibilities: Lead renewal process Meet or exceed renewals and retention targets. Ensure that renewals are closed on a timely basis. Work cross-functionally, collaborating with Sales Representatives and Customer Lifecycle Managers on renewals strategy and plans. Create partner demonstrations and presentations, quotes/ proposals, and year end reviews when necessary. Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services. Keep informed of product line and trends that may impact client business activities. Manage opportunities in Salesforce from start to finish Requirements: Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience in customer service, sales or sales support English language skills (B2 or higher) Willingness to work on shifts Strong collaboration and relational skills Effective communicator, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated Additional Preferred Skills: Salesforce CRM experience preferred Communication technology knowledge is considered a strong advantage
