Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Support at PBA Stones located in Serra, ES. The Inside Sales Support will be responsible for maintaining excellent sales operations support as well as providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction through inbound and outbound communication. Qualifications Inside Sales Operations, Customer Satisfaction, and Problem-Solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Sales Operations Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field & Advanced English Level are mandatory. Fluency in English is a plus
