Knowledge of insurance would be essential. Important to have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.Description of ActivitiesCoordinate all local insurance programs renewals;Help disseminate Insurance culture to internal team;Collect information on time, attending to demands;Provide Insurance Workshops on local policies to internal departments;Critical analyses of information received from internal departments and brokers;Identify coverage gaps in existing operations to mitigate exposure;Control and assist with local and complex claims in all insurance lines;Manage and control all activities from Analysts, training them.RequirementsGraduation: Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration or related field.Experience: Experience in Insurance market or insurance risk management activities.Languages: Good English (written and oral), Spanish is a plus.IT Knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
